Ammonia (5 mintues total ; 2 test bottles -still working yellow old is it)

 

1.  make sure that you have  the appropriate ammonia test solution bottles 2 Yellow bottles and color card freshwater ammonia 

2.  using the pipette fill the vial with water sample up to the black line

3.  add 8 drop from ammonia  test solutions bottle 1 lights yellow label to the vial

4.  Add 8 drops from ammonia test solution bottle dark yellow label to the vial

5. Screw  the cap on the vial and mix invert the volume multiple times to make sure the test solution drops are throughly mix

6.  wait 5 minutes and compare the color of the sample to the freshwater ammonia color card

7.  once you have recorded the results on the datasheet don't the contest in the waste water  container

8.  wash out container with distilled water
